Why your hours matter to your Ikigai
Ikigai is often described as your reason to get up in the morning. Knowing when you work best helps you give that reason your strongest hours, whether they come at sunrise or long after dark.
This is a self-reflection tool about when you work best, not a sleep assessment or a medical test. The score cut-offs are our own and haven't been scientifically validated.
